Since the introduction of COVID-19 in the early part of 2020, the Wallace Estates team has committed every day to implement suitable ways for potential buyers and tenants to view Cork and Dublin properties in a safe and efficient manner. As always, the safety of our customers remains at the forefront of every aspect of our business.

Thus, we are delighted to present safety-first ways of viewing properties from the comfort of your own home. Instances where physical viewings are desired, we have curated a means of conducting such viewings in a safe and effective manner, by reducing physical contact and ensuring a 2 metre distance rule on physical viewings.

How they work

Our Virtual Viewings work in two ways. Pre-recorded Video Explorations & Virtual Home Viewings

By a Video Exploration of the property - of which we will share across all of our Social Media outlets, outlining the benefits of your property at the beginning of each video personally.

Each video we create will showcase your property in a professional and enticing way, offering both tenants and buyers the best view of your property. Our conversion rate in these instances is very efficient and you can expect to see your property in a polished video within a number of days. This gives potential tenants and buyers an in-depth insight into your property for their initial viewing.

3D Images - Captured at 360° Views

Our Virtual Reality Kit enables potential buyers and tenants to enter properties from virtually anywhere. This offers a complete non-contact initial viewing - reducing footfall into properties by creating a shortlist of eager and suitable tenants/buyers for Step.2, the physical viewing.
