Wallace Estates was founded in 2010 by our Managing Director, Bernadette Wallace. On completion of Bernadette’s Economics Honours Degree, Masters from University College Cork and Property Studies Degree from the Society of Chartered Surveyors Institute. Bernadette discovered an opportunity to offer an all encompassing Property Sales, Lettings and Management Company, with both the landlord and tenant in mind.

Since our launch in 2010, Wallace Estates has become a leading property specialist service provider in both of our branches based in St. Mary’s, Bishopstown Road, Cork and Upper Georges Street, Dun Laoghaire, Dublin.
